Our AI team takes ideas from discovery to production. These roles all sit within the AI team and work closely with clients.
AI teamAI Product ManagerFull time · UAE (hybrid, with regional travel)
Own AI products from discovery to adoption, working with clients, engineers and project managers to turn business problems into AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
What you will do
- Run discovery with clients to find and prioritize high-value AI use cases
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements and success metrics
- Work with AI engineers on scope, trade-offs and responsible-AI requirements
- Plan pilots, rollouts and adoption with client teams
- Track value delivered and feed learning back into the roadmap
What you bring
- Experience in product management for software, data or AI products
- Understanding of generative AI, machine learning and their limits
- Strong communication with business and technical audiences
- Comfortable working with clients across the UAE, Qatar, Germany, India and the USA
- Arabic or German is a plus
AI teamDevOps Engineer (AI Platforms)Full time · UAE (hybrid, with regional travel)
Build and run the platforms that take AI from notebook to production: cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, MLOps pipelines, monitoring and security.
What you will do
- Design and automate cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS with infrastructure as code
- Build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for models, agents and applications
- Set up monitoring, logging, cost control and model performance tracking
- Harden environments for security, access control and compliance
- Support client deployments and production operations
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and LLM deployment patterns
- Scripting in Python or Bash
AI teamForward Deployed Engineer (AI)Full time · UAE (hybrid, with regional travel)
Work side by side with clients to build, integrate and launch AI solutions in their real environments, from prototype to production.
What you will do
- Embed with client teams to understand workflows, data and constraints
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions using LLMs, agents and retrieval
- Integrate solutions with ERP, Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems
- Take solutions to production with the platform and project teams
- Bring field feedback back to product and engineering
What you bring
- Strong software engineering in Python or TypeScript
- Experience building with LLM APIs, RAG and agent frameworks
- Experience integrating APIs, databases and enterprise systems
- Comfortable on client sites and in front of stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the region
